Meet Our Team
My name is Kerry Gibbs, and I am honored to have spent the past 41 years as a dedicated Early Childhood Educator, passionate leader, and proud advocate for the early learning profession. Over the years, I have embraced various roles - from Assistant Educator to Lead Educator - and have had the privilege of serving as a Centre Manager for the last 20 years.
I consider myself a lifelong learner, continually expanding my knowledge, refining my pedagogical approaches, and developing strong leadership skills. On a personal note, I am a devoted mother of two and a proud grandmother to four wonderful grandchildren who bring endless joy to my life.
As a leader, I strive to create an inclusive, collaborative environment where open communication and positivity thrive. I am deeply committed to supporting the growth and success of my team, fostering a workplace culture that prioritizes quality education and employee wellbeing. Mentoring and coaching my team of educators is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role, and I take immense pride in leading such an incredible group of professionals at Kids Academy Mickleham.
