Meet Our Mickleham Early Learning Team
My name is Gagandeep Kaur, and I’m proud to be the Centre Manager at Kids Academy Mickleham. With a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and 8 years of experience in the sector, I am passionate about creating a positive environment where children, families, and educators can thrive.
What I love most about working in early childhood education is that every day brings new opportunities to inspire, support, and learn. As a Centre Manager, I enjoy creating a nurturing environment where children feel confident to explore, discover, and grow, while also supporting educators in their professional development. Watching children reach important milestones and knowing I've played a small part in their journey is what makes this work so rewarding.
At Kids Academy Mickleham, we pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive community where every child and family feels valued and supported. Our dedicated team of educators is passionate about delivering high-quality early learning experiences that help children build confidence, develop new skills, and reach their full potential.
We are also proud of our strong community connections and the meaningful relationships we build with families. By celebrating diversity, encouraging family involvement, and fostering a genuine sense of belonging, we create an environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn every day.
I look forward to welcoming your family to Kids Academy Mickleham and being part of your child's early learning journey.
