Meet our Team
My name is Kerry Gibbs and I have been a proud Early Childhood Educator, passionate leader, and advocate of our profession for the last 41 years.
Throughout this time, I have been fortunate enough to further my knowledge through my roles such as an Assistant Educator, and Lead Educator, before becoming a Centre Manager for the last 20 years.
I consider myself to be a lifelong learner and each of these opportunities has developed my knowledge, pedagogies, and leadership qualities. On a personal note, I am a devoted mother to two and grandmother to 4 adorable grandchildren who are my world.
As a leader, I am known for my inclusive and collaborative approach, fostering open communication and a positive work environment. I prioritize the growth and development of my team members, ensuring their success while maintaining a strong focus on quality and employee well-being.
I am enthusiastic about mentoring and coaching my team of educators and take great pride in my commitment to my role as Centre Manager of such an amazing team of educators.
