With 18 years of experience in early childhood education and a Diploma qualification, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge, warmth, and passion to her role. She loves building meaningful relationships with families and children, creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and supported. A natural mentor, Michelle takes pride in guiding her team of educators to reach their full potential, ensuring every child receives the highest quality care and education.
