Meet Our Woongarrah Centre Manager
My name is Angelina Bagatella, and I’m proud to lead the wonderful community at Kids Academy Woongarrah as Centre Manager.
With seven years of experience in early childhood education, a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, and a strong foundation built through my time as Assistant Centre Manager, I bring heart, purpose, and a commitment to quality to everything I do.
I believe every child deserves to feel safe, understood, and celebrated for exactly who they are, and every family deserves the confidence that their child is surrounded by people who truly care.
For me, the magic of early education is found in everyday moments, a reassuring cuddle, a new friendship, a proud “I did it!” that build the foundations for lifelong learning. My passion extends to empowering our educators, recognising their strengths, nurturing their growth, and leading a team who share a deep commitment to children’s wellbeing and potential. Together, we create a welcoming environment where curiosity flourishes, individuality is embraced, and meaningful connections bring our community together.
I look forward to welcoming your family to Kids Academy Woongarrah, where we will celebrate your child’s discoveries, support their next steps, and make their early years truly special.
