With 10 years of experience in early childhood education, Audrey holds both a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and a Diploma in Leadership and Management. She is passionate about supporting children to grow in confidence, reach key developmental milestones, and feel a strong sense of belonging.
At Kids Academy Claremont Meadows, Audrey leads a highly qualified and experienced team who are deeply committed to inclusive, high-quality early education. 12 of our team members hold Diplomas or university qualifications, with a combined experience of almost 100 years supporting children and families.
Inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. Our centre proudly implements a Strategic Inclusion Plan and participates in the Australian Government’s Inclusion Support Program, ensuring every child feels seen, supported, and valued. We also welcome families from diverse backgrounds, with bicultural support educators and a strong commitment to respectful, inclusive practices, including support for breastfeeding families.
