Settle & Save - 30% Off For 4 Weeks After 2 Months

The Settle & Save: 30% Off for 4 Weeks Offer ("Offer") is available to new families enrolling at participating Affinity Education Group services ("Service").

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, eligible families will receive a 30% reduction in the Service's published daily childcare fees (“Discount”) for a period of four (4) consecutive weeks.

To qualify for the Discount, families must:

• be a new family enrolling at the Service;
• enrol and commence care at the Service on or before 30 November 2026;
• maintain enrolment at the Service for no fewer than two (2) full days per week;
• ensure the child remains at the Service for two (2) consecutive months of enrolment and attendance (“Qualifying Period”); and
• have either Monday or Friday included as a booked full day throughout the Qualifying Period.

Eligibility for the Discount will only be established once the enrolled child has completed the Qualifying Period at the Service while continuing to satisfy all eligibility requirements.

Upon completion of the Qualifying Period, the eligible family will receive the Discount for the subsequent period of four (4) consecutive weeks of enrolment at the Service.

If, at any time during the Qualifying Period, a family:

• reduces their enrolment below two (2) full days per week at the Service;
• removes Monday or Friday as a booked full day at the Service;
• ceases enrolment at the Service; or
• otherwise fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements, the family will cease to be eligible for the Discount.

The Discount applies to childcare fees only and does not apply to any additional charges, levies, deposits, incursions, excursions, optional services, or any other fees payable to the Service.

To remain eligible for the Discount, all fees and charges owing to the Service must be paid in accordance with the family's enrolment agreement and the Service's Fee Payment Procedure. Affinity Education Group reserves the right to withhold, cancel or withdraw the Discount where an account is in arrears or fails to remain in good standing.

The Discount is not transferable, exchangeable, refundable, redeemable for cash, or capable of being applied retrospectively.

The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, staff discount, employee benefit, fee reduction, incentive, rebate, or special arrangement unless otherwise approved in writing by Affinity Education Group.

Affinity Education Group reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to verify eligibility for the Offer and to request any information reasonably required for that purpose.

Affinity Education Group reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend, extend or withdraw the Offer and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.

Affinity Education Group fees are subject to change from time to time.

For the purposes of this Offer, "Service" means:
