Hi, my name is Jessica, and as the Centre Manager of Kids Academy Claremont Meadows, I am here to support our community, in collaboration with the team to support our families and children through their early learning journey. I value establishing strong connections and trusting relationships with the families, ensuring that families feel welcomed from day 1 and feel a sense of belonging to our community.
I have worked in the Early Childhood Education sector for 18 years and hold my Bachelor of Education. I feel very passionate about supporting and mentoring the team to deliver and provide high quality education and care to the children, providing them with the best start to their early years.
I believe in supporting the team to be inspired to reach their full potential by supporting them through their professional development goals. I also believe in being present within the team to guide them through daily practices, processes and procedures.
