Meet Our Team
I am Cristina and I am the Centre Manager at Kids Academy Murrumbeena.
As an educator of young children, I endeavor to support all aspects of their learning and development. I achieve this through secure and respectful relationships, seeing children as capable and competent learners, developing twenty first century learner and resilience and setting high expectations for children of all ages.
I see the families as the first teacher in a child’s life, they are the first primary caregiver for their child. I collaborate and respect family’s beliefs and values while at the same time sharing my knowledge and supporting not only the child but the family. Early childhood is a rich environment for children to develop their most important skills for their future.
Children in early childhood are our future engineers, doctors, bus drivers, politicians, and so forth. I believe that all children are unique, in terms of developmental readiness, life experiences and culture, which is why it is important to me to provide a safe and nurturing environment that each individual child can reach their full potential.
