We honestly couldn’t be happier with Kids Academy Runcorn. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine smiles, laughter, and a team that actually takes the time to connect with both you and your kids. That alone gives you a sense of calm, but what stands out even more is the level of care and awareness the staff have for each child’s individual needs.They don’t just “watch” your kids they teach them. Real skills, real development, and they bring you into that process so you can support it at home as well. That level of professionalism and intention is rare. The staff go well beyond what’s expected. You can see it in how they interact, how they communicate, and how much effort they put into every child. It’s not forced it’s genuine. Big shoutout to Miss Cathy and Miss Daphne both absolute standouts. The way they show up for the kids every single day is something special. My kids absolutely adore them the hugs, the excitement, that says everything. And Miss Nancy as well a real weapon in the team who consistently delivers. If you’re looking for a place where your kids are not only safe, but genuinely cared for, developed, and valued this is it. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

If I could give this centre ten stars I would! Both my daughters attend here with one recently starting prep at school. The Kinder program is delivered by amazing educators who are always finding creative ways to teach the children. The educators are caring, kind, and tailor their styles to each individual child’s needs. My eldest daughter started prep this year after completing Three and Four year old kinder at Kids Academy and she is thriving! The work Kids Academy did with her has fully prepared her for school. My youngest still attends here and she has such a beautiful connection with her educators and little friends! Strongly recommend this centre!

We couldn’t be happier with Kids Academy. The educators are all incredibly kind, attentive and truly care about each child’s individual needs. We’ve been through a few daycares and the difference that Kids Academy has is that we truly feel apart of one big family. All of the educators know my children which makes it so easy for transitions to classes and when playing with other kids. It also helps my children build trusting relationships and connections which is really important to us. My children have both grown so much since attending. Socially, emotionally and in their learning. It’s clear how much effort goes into the daily activities and creating a positive, engaging environment. I also really appreciate the communication and updates even if it is very minor, this makes me feel so involved in their day. It’s such a comforting feeling knowing they are safe, happy and genuinely cared for and they want to keep going back. Sometimes it’s a fight to get them to come home! The community of Kids Academy is wonderful and the educators are always doing something to be engaging with the parents and families. A special thank you to all the educators for the amazing work you do every day, it doesn’t go unnoticed!

My daughter has been with this kids academy centre for a year and during that time she’s learnt and grown so much and really blossomed into a social butterfly. I really credit that to staff being so encouraging and supportive of their growth. I love how they have different activities for kids on different days. My daughter formed a friendship with educators there which tells me they genuinely care for the kids. It’s really cute when she comes home and teaches me the new things that she’s learnt that day. I highly recommend this centre! Ms Mia, Ms Angel, Ms Maggie are great educators and Ms Amber does an amazing job managing the centre.

We have had an EXCELLENT experience with Kids Academy Kedron. The staff are so supportive, friendly, knowledgeable and have created such a beautiful environment for my daughter to learn and grow. Picking a childcare facility for your child is honestly such a hard process! Emily has made me feel so calm and supported with her kind and caring nature but she’s also on top of everything! I cannot speak highly of the wonderful educators who really care about your child. I’m so blessed to have found such a wonderful facility that I trust and my daughter absolutely loves!!!

I couldn’t ask for a more amazing childcare centre for my son. He has been at Kids Academy Erina Heights since he was just 3 months old, and it has truly become a second home for him. The educators don’t just care for the children—they genuinely know them, understand their individual needs, and create a safe, inclusive, empathetic, fun and educational environment where every child feels seen and supported. The centre manager is exceptional. She goes above and beyond for every child and parent, and it shows in the way all the kids make sure to pop in to say goodbye and excitedly share their stories from the day or their weekend. That connection speaks volumes about the culture she leads and the trust the children feel. I’m incredibly grateful for the nurturing, loving start my son has had here. Kids Academy Erina Heights is everything you hope for in early childhood education and more.
