Meet Shikha Mishra, Centre Manager at Kids Academy Darra. With 11 years of experience in early childhood education and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Shikha brings passion and purpose to her role every day. She loves being part of the small but powerful moments that shape a child’s life, whether it’s seeing a child run into the centre with excitement, watching them overcome challenges, or hearing their laughter fill the rooms. For Shikha, these moments are a reminder of how meaningful this work truly is. She feels deeply grateful to lead a team that cares so genuinely and to support families who trust her with their most precious little people.
