Located on Meadow Road, Kids Academy Springfield offers quality early education and care for children aged 0–5 years in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment designed to support every child’s unique learning journey.

Our centre follows the exclusive Lifelong Learning Curriculum, including a government-approved preschool program that helps children prepare for a successful transition to primary school. We also maintain close connections with local schools and community groups to support a strong sense of belonging.

Meet Our Team
Hi, my name is Tamika Thackray and I am the Centre Manager at Kids Academy Springfield. I am Diploma Qualified and have worked in Early Childhood Education for 6 years.
I believe Early Childhood Education plays such an important role in shaping the development and outcome of each child's life.
I love building safe, nurturing and respectful relationships with both children and their families whilst supporting them through their Early Childhood Education experience and I enjoy watching children of all ages reach their milestone and develop on their individual goals throughout their time in our care.
Kids Academy Springfield is a 57 place service that has three rooms to support the children's development of all ages 0-5 years. Our learning environments are warm and welcoming which provides every child with the opportunity to reach their full potential. Our team at Kids Academy Springfield are dedicated and passionate about their role they play in all children's lives creating a safe and secure environment for all children.

Nurturing Growth from 0–5 Years
At Kids Academy, we offer more than just childcare — we provide high-quality early education in a warm, welcoming, and secure environment for children aged six weeks to five years. With experienced educators, age-appropriate learning programs, and a strong focus on emotional wellbeing, we support your child to grow in confidence, curiosity, and capability, every step of the way.
Babies (0-1 years)
Healthy Beginnings Program
Grounded in attachment theory and relationship practices, this program focuses on building secure, responsive relationships between babies and their educators. With nurturing care and emotional attunement, we support babies’ overall wellbeing and development.
Toddlers (1-3 years)
Early Experiences Program
Inspired by the Abecedarian Approach, our toddler program emphasises language-rich interactions, such as conversational reading and learning games. These early experiences build the foundations for strong communication, social skills, and cognitive growth.
Preschool or Kindergarten (3-5 years)
School Readiness Program
