Charlotte is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable to be themselves. She believes that when educators feel supported and valued, children naturally thrive, something that is reflected in the warm, positive atmosphere across the centre.
At Kids Academy Rosebery, Charlotte leads a team focused on inclusion, culture, and community. With purpose-built learning environments across five rooms, each tailored to different age groups, children are supported through age-appropriate learning experiences and encouraged to have a voice in their daily routines.
