Meet Our Team
Hi, my name is Hayley Chester and I am the Centre Director at Kids Academy Preschool (Glenmore Park). I have over 13 years in the industry, and hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, and am working towards a Bachelor of Education.
I have learnt so much in my journey so far, and I love expanding my knowledge and working with other educators to create the best opportunities for children to grow and develop into happy inquisitive and thriving young people! I love being a part of that journey, and I LOVE learning, and this is the biggest gift I can share with children and hope that they learn to LOVE learning too!

Nurturing Growth from 0–5 Years
At Kids Academy, we offer more than just childcare — we provide high-quality early education in a warm, welcoming, and secure environment for children aged six weeks to five years. Babies (0-1 years)
Healthy Beginnings Program
Grounded in attachment theory and relationship practices, this program focuses on building secure, responsive relationships between babies and their educators. With nurturing care and emotional attunement, we support babies’ overall wellbeing and development.
Toddlers (1-3 years)
Early Experiences Program
Inspired by the Abecedarian Approach, our toddler program emphasises language-rich interactions, such as conversational reading and learning games. These early experiences build the foundations for strong communication, social skills, and cognitive growth.
Preschool or Kindergarten (3-5 years)
School Readiness Program
