10% Off Childcare Fees for M-City Families

This 10% childcare fee discount ("Discount") is offered to families who are residents of 2107/2125 Princes Hwy, Clayton VIC 3168 (“M-City”), retailers operating within M-City, or employees working within the offices or businesses located within the M-City precinct ("Eligible Families"), and who enrol their child/ren at Kids Academy Clayton ("Service").

Eligible Families will receive a 10% discount off the Service's published daily childcare fees for each enrolled child, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

To be eligible for the Discount, families must provide evidence of their residential address within M-City or current employment within the M-City precinct upon enrolment or as otherwise requested by the Service.

This offer is valid from 31 August 2026 and will remain available until withdrawn by Affinity Education Group.

All enrolment forms and required documentation must be completed prior to the child commencing care at the Service.

The child's enrolment:

• Must be for a minimum of 2 days per week; and
• Must remain enrolled for a minimum of 2 days per week to continue receiving the Discount.

The Discount applies only to childcare fees and does not apply to any additional charges, levies, or optional services charged by the Service.

Should a family cease to meet the eligibility requirements for the Discount, the Service must be notified immediately, and the Discount may be removed from the date eligibility ceases.

In accordance with our Fee Payment Procedure, accounts must remain up to date and fees paid as required to remain eligible for the Discount. If an account falls into arrears and no payment arrangement is in place, the Discount may be withdrawn.

The Discount cannot be transferred to another childcare centre, redeemed for cash, or applied retrospectively.

This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, incentive, or fee reduction unless otherwise approved by Affinity Education Group.

Affinity Education Group reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will take effect from the date they are published or otherwise communicated to families, and continued participation in the offer will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.​‌

Affinity Education Group reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time at its sole discretion.

Affinity Education Group fees are subject to change from time to time.
