Eloisa Tordi is the Centre Manager at Kids Academy Phillip and leads with warmth, experience, and a deep understanding of what families need during the early years. With a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and a strong passion for lifelong learning, Eloisa has been working in Australian early childhood settings since 2021 and is already planning to pursue her Bachelor degree to further her professional journey.
As a working mum herself, Eloisa truly understands the emotions that come with leaving your child in someone else’s care. That’s why she is passionate about creating a space that feels like a second home: a place where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn, and where families feel heard, welcomed, and reassured.
At Kids Academy Phillip, Eloisa leads a dedicated team of educators who tailor learning experiences to each child’s individual interests, strengths, and developmental needs. Guided by the Lifelong Learning Curriculum, the team is committed to providing engaging, high-quality early education that supports every child to thrive.
