We welcome children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, with tailored learning environments for babies, toddlers and preschoolers. Our long day care program supports busy local families, while our preschool program focuses on building confidence, independence and early literacy and numeracy skills to prepare children for a smooth transition to primary school.

Meet Our Early Learning Team in Penrith
Hi, I’m Brooke Simmons, and I’m the Centre Manager at Kids Academy Penrith.
I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and am currently working towards my Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification. I have 9 years of experience in the early childhood education sector.
I love working in early childhood education because no two days are ever the same. There is always something new, exciting, and rewarding happening. Seeing children reach their milestones, grow in confidence, and develop new skills is one of the most fulfilling parts of my role. I am also passionate about supporting our educators and families through respectful, collaborative relationships, working together as a team to support children’s wellbeing and development.
Being a Centre Manager allows me to lead a strong, dedicated team who share a commitment to creating positive learning environments for every child. I take pride in fostering a supportive workplace culture where educators feel empowered, valued, and inspired to deliver high‑quality care and learning experiences.
One of the things that makes Kids Academy Penrith special is our strong connection with our local community. We have built meaningful relationships with children and families, and our sense of community is truly a strength of our service. We also love offering unique and engaging experiences for the children, including our weekly visits from Mini Monstars and IFA, which keep learning fresh, dynamic, and exciting each week.
