My name is Paige, and I’m proud to be the Centre Manager at Kids Academy Waratah Estate. With a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and 13 years of experience, I am passionate about creating meaningful, supportive, and joyful early learning experiences for every child in our care.
I love working in early childhood because of the incredible impact these early years have on a child’s lifelong wellbeing. Being part of a child’s emotional, social, and developmental growth is something I find deeply meaningful. I am committed to creating environments where children feel safe, supported, grounded, and confident to explore who they are.
A big part of my approach comes from understanding how important the nervous system is in early development. Helping children regulate their emotions, build secure relationships, and feel safe in their bodies and surroundings is something I take great pride in. When children feel calm and connected, they are able to learn, communicate, and thrive, and supporting that process is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.
