With 11 years of experience in early childhood education and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Shikha brings warmth, care, and genuine passion to her role every day. She finds joy in the small but meaningful moments, a child arriving excited for the day, building confidence through new experiences, or sharing laughter with friends.
At Kids Academy Darra, Shikha leads a multicultural and inclusive team that is deeply committed to supporting children and families. The centre offers enriching experiences including a music program in the kindy rooms, soccer lessons for children aged 2-5, and tours available in Vietnamese to support families in the local community.
