A Day in the Life of a Preschooler or Kindergartener at Kids Academy
We combine a funded Kindergarten or Preschool program with the convenience of long day care, offering structure, flexibility, and a nurturing environment all in one place.

Is My Child Ready For School?
Understanding when your child can start Preschool, Kindergarten, or Primary School can be confusing, especially with different rules across states. Use the tabs below to check the requirements in your area.
In Queensland:
- Kindergarten: Children can attend a Government-approved Kindergarten program in the year they turn 4 by June 30.
- Primary School: Children must start Prep (the first year of school) in the year they turn 5 by June 30.
Kindy programs are often delivered in child care settings like ours and follow the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline.
